Retreat Details

Day retreat schedules vary.

Retreats are silent as to foster your recollection and prayer.

The abbey does not provide meals as part of the retreat.

Over-night accommodations are not provided.

You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than the scheduled retreat events.

Regularly scheduled prayers take place with the abbey community in the abbey church.  That schedule can be found here.

During some retreats there may be photography, filming, audio recording or other means of capturing your image or voice for media or other printed materials (including social media and websites). Please contact us if you have any concerns.

Retreats are limited to 100 people.

Reservations are required and must be made online only.

DRESS CODE

St. Michael’s Abbey is a sacred place for prayer and reflection.

In an effort to cultivate a spirit of recollection in the church and at events hosted by the abbey, we ask that you dress in a dignified manner and refrain from wearing revealing or inappropriate attire (including tank tops, muscle shirts, shorts, yoga pants, etc.), and please cover any tattoos that may be offensive to others.

Confessions available in the abbey church from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.  You are welcome to stay for Rosary at 4:30 p.m. and Vespers at 5:00 p.m. in the abbey church.
