The Miracle at St. Michael’s Abbey

SiteRender-Web

Our community has been blessed by a tremendous amount of growth—both in our numbers, as well as in our apostolates. This growth has resulted in the urgent need for a new abbey to advance our mission more effectively.

In March 2018 we completed our fundraising campaign and successfully met our goal of $120,000,000. We broke ground and construction is underway!

In The News

“…when speakers addressed the magnitude of the construction project that lies ahead — gesturing to a balloon soaring 100 feet high, as tall as the bell tower will eventually rise — they did not speak of how the structure would impress passersby or dwarf other structures. Instead, they described it as ‘pointing us to heaven.’”

National Catholic Register

“After years of planning, the priests of St. Michael’s Abbey are ready to have their new home built.

The 40 acres of their future campus have been prepped and ready in Silverado Canyon for more than two years, and recently a nearly $120 million fundraising campaign was completed to start the vertical construction.”
